Free Gluten-free Care Package!

Did you know that if you were diagnosed with Celiac Disease through a biopsy in the last twelve months that you can receive a free gluten-free care package from the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center? It can be overwhelming when you are diagnosed with Celiac Disease and told that you can’t have some of your favorite foods for the rest of your life. This care package is filled with lots of gluten-free food, coupons, magazines and information to help make the transition smoother (and tastier). Schar even included a DVD.
